Food Ministry
Caring for Our Neighbors
Dutilh’s Food Ministry puts Christ’s love into action by caring for individuals and families throughout our local communities. Our generous congregation donates both their time and money to provide families in need the nourishment, encouragement, and dignity they deserve as a child of God. These efforts include:
Food Drives:
We are grateful for the generosity of our congregation during our Spring and Fall annual food drives. Our FISH and FISH Jr. kids take all donated food and pack it into boxes in preparation of delivery to recipients spanning four nearby counties.
Grocery List Add-On Items:
Between Food Drives, we support local food pantries with their most urgent needs by tacking on a few items to our routine grocery runs. We believe that by giving a little year-round, we can make a huge difference. These donations can be placed in the Food Ministry bench located in the church lobby at any time.
Monetary Donations:
Our ministry always accepts monetary donations to put toward the most critical needs of local food pantries. Simply note your donation is for the Food Ministry. We also accept Walmart and Aldi gift cards in increments of $10.
