WHAT TO EXPECT

Each day at Rainforest Falls begins and ends with large-group singing and learning in our sanctuary. From there, your child will rotate with a crew of kids their age through Bible adventure, crafts/experiments, games, and snacks—with fun that never stops!

On Friday evening at 6:30 pm, we will have a wrap-up Finale to showcase what we learned during the week!

In early June, you will receive:

-an email with your child’s crew assignment

-a request for allergy information (if applicable)

-a parent letter with details for the week regarding activities, drop-off/dismissal procedures, and more.

WHO?

Children - 3 years old and potty-trained by June 15, 2026, through children finishing 5th grade in June 2026.

6th grade or older? Register as a teen volunteer by selecting the Teen Volunteer option during registration.

Parents can volunteer by registering as participants and selecting the Adult Volunteer option. All adult volunteers will be asked to complete a background check.

COST

Payment is due at the time of registration. If you need a scholarship, please email Sarah Hogue at shogue@dutilhumc.org to receive a code before registration.

Early Bird Pricing (February 1 – March 31, 2026): $40 per child/$35 per child if the parent volunteers. (Use Discount Code: VOLUNTEER at checkout.)

Regular Pricing (After March 31, 2026): $50 per child/$45 per child if the parent volunteers. (Use Discount Code: VOLUNTEER at checkout.)

Dutilh VBS has a capacity of 300 campers; registration will close on June 1, 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached.

Refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to June 1st.
